Role Description and Expectations
- Engage customers to generate and qualify leads
- Initiate conversations to build interest and brand awareness
- Capture accurate customer information and set appointments
- Represent the brand at retail stores and events
- Set up and maintain booths and in-store displays
- Maintain a professional, branded presence
- Act as a brand ambassador delivering clear messaging
- Provide excellent customer experiences
- Accurately document leads and track daily performance
- Follow processes, procedures, and company compliance standards
- Effectively Communicate with the Field Marketing Manager
- Adhere to assigned schedules, maintain punctuality, and meet all location
Qualifications
- Experience in retail, events, customer service, or lead generation preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing personality and confidence engaging customers
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work evenings and weekdays/weekends
- Smartphone required
- Sales-oriented mindset with competitive drive
- Ability to handle objections and maintain engagement
- Strong customer interaction skills
- Attention to detail in data entry and reporting
- Ability to meet performance goals consistently
- Local travel within assigned territory
- Reliable transportation to work assigned schedules within the field market territory
- Occasional overnight stays
- Hourly base pay of $18–$20, based on experience, plus bonus structure
- Opportunity to increase earnings through consistent performance and exceeding
