This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
Position: Sales Representative / Project Manager
You’ll manage the full customer lifecycle, including lead generation, inspections, selling, insurance/storm restoration guidance, and overseeing projects to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform roofing, siding, gutter, and window inspections for retail and storm-related damage
- Generate new business through door-to-door marketing, referrals, and company-provided leads
- Educate homeowners on insurance claims, product options, and project timelines
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and contracts
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure high-quality installs
- Manage each project from contract signing to final walkthrough
- Deliver industry-leading customer service
- Maintain consistent weekly sales activity and follow-up
- Represent the company with professionalism, honesty, and accountability

Requirements:
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to climb roofs and perform physical inspections
- Strong communication and people skills
- Sales experience preferred but not required — we will train the right person
- Background in roofing/exteriors or insurance restoration is a plus
- Smartphone, laptop/tablet, and ability to use CRM systems
