What You'll Do
As an Outside Sales Rep, you are the face of Strong Hold Insure in the field.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with business owners
- Meeting with company leaders to recommend benefit solutions
- Clearly and honestly explaining health insurance options and benefits
- Addressing client questions and concerns with professionalism and care
- Participating in sales meetings and ongoing training
- Assisting in training and developing other team members
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Home most nights
