The General Manager is a motivated, visible leader of the Center. They have a passion for CUSTOMER CARE, SALES, and OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE and building the StrongerLife COMMUNITY
What You'll Be Doing:
Sales and Customer Care: primary leader responsible for the following and the role does include a sales commission plan
- Lead Management: Act with urgency as new leads come in to introduce StrongerLife and encourage prospects to take the next step with a Tour or Trial/Free Class.
- Tours: Lead 1:1 and Group Tours and inform potential members on the benefits of StrongerLife, group memberships, personal training, and convert lead to members
- Community: Daily engagement with members, prospects and leads, and attend local events to drive awareness of StrongerLife.
Business Management & Center Operations:
- Manage Business Operations: Monitor key performance indicators including sales, cancellations/pauses, and billing and drive focus to areas needing improvement.
- Center Operations: Ensure the center is clean/maintained and staffed appropriately to serve our members.
- Coach with Confidence: We ask all of our team to coach, including the General Manager (typically 3-5 classes per week)
- Build Strong Bonds: Connect with members & grow the StrongerLife community
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Enjoy working in a highly social, active environment
- Experience coaching older adults in functional fitness and weight-training
- Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise techniques, and body mechanics
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- A flexible schedule that can include evenings and weekends
- CPR certification
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- ACE-Certified Personal Trainer or NASM-Certified Personal Trainer credentials (preferred but not required)

- 4) StrongerLife Sales Training (Tours & Trials)
- 5) Offer: If you pass the StrongerLife Coach and Sales Certifications, then you will be hired as General Manager!
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
