Job Posting: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
At Stronger Steps Pediatric Care, Inc. we are looking to hire a speech language pathologist (SLP) or speech language pathologist assistant (SLPA) to join our dynamic team at our PPEC center.
We offer a flexible schedule of 10-20 hours per week with possibilities of increase. The salary range is $50-$58 per hour, depending on your certifications, experience, and skills. Evaluations are paid separately.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders in children
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Maintain detailed records of progress and therapy sessions
Work collaboratively with educators, occupational therapists, and other professionals
Maintain effective communication with parents and medical providers
Comply with regulations and documentation requirements
Requirements:
Active license, completed inservices
Experience working with children with special needs
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Punctuality, professionalism, and solid ethics

Responsabilidades:
Evaluar y tratar trastornos del habla, lenguaje, voz, fluidez y deglución en niños
Desarrollar e implementar planes de tratamiento individualizados
Llevar registros detallados del progreso y las sesiones de terapia
Trabajar en colaboración con educadores, terapeutas ocupacionales y otros profesionales
Mantener una comunicación efectiva con los padres y proveedores médicos
Cumplir con las regulaciones y requisitos de documentación
Requisitos:
Licencia activa , Inservices completos
Experiencia trabajando con niños con necesidades especiales
Habilidades excelentes de colaboración y comunicación
