Overnight Security Guard

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and vigilant Security Guards to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.

Duties

• Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems, including CCTV.
• Enforce security policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access and maintain order.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
• Conduct thorough inspections of buildings and grounds to identify potential security risks.
• Assist in conflict management situations, utilizing de-escalation techniques as necessary.
• Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and observations for management review.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during investigations or emergencies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with security equipment such as alarms, cameras, and access control systems.
• A valid drivers license and reliable vehicle is required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Hours

• Monday through Friday 12am-7am

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
