Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site carpentry work
- Review project plans, drawings, and schematics to understand job scope
- Implement quality control standards to ensure exceptional workmanship
- Schedule timelines and allocate labor/material resources
- Work closely with subcontractors and trades for seamless project flow
- Ensure job site safety and OSHA compliance at all times
- Assist with budgeting and project tracking
- Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to project managers
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Carpenter Supervisor or lead role in construction
- Expert-level knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Strong background in quality control and construction best practices
- Familiar with project scheduling
- Understanding of contract and pipeline management is a plus
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
