Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, servers, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Support software updates, patches, and security measures.
- Help maintain inventory of IT assets and software licenses.
- Collaborate with the IT Manager to implement new technology solutions.
- Respond promptly to IT-related requests and incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
- Assist in documenting IT processes, policies, and procedures.
- Associate’s degree or relevant certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Experience with desktop support, network troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments.
- Familiarity with common business software applications and security protocols.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available to work on-site.
