Key Responsibilities
As a STRONG Member Experience Manager, you are the engine of studio growth. You excel at building relationships, connecting with people, and confidently communicating value. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in seeing leads become lifelong members. You set the tone for strong sales execution while supporting the studio’s overall success.
- Lead, coach, and supervise the Member Experience team to ensure consistent execution of STRONG’s sales standards and lead-nurture process
- Manage, nurture, and follow up with all incoming leads across digital channels, walk-ins, referrals, and community events
- Increase first-time visits by driving consistent outbound communication and proactive follow-up
- Convert intro offers into memberships through strong rapport, clear communication, and tailored recommendations
- Execute a high-performing sales flow from first contact to membership purchase
- Track leads and conversations in our CRM with accuracy, consistency, and urgency
- Monitor and report weekly sales KPIs—including lead volume, first visits, intro conversions, and membership sales
- Collaborate with studio leadership to strengthen sales strategy, outreach efforts, and local marketing initiatives
- Represent the STRONG brand with positivity, confidence, and a results-driven mindset
Qualifications and experience
- Minimum of 3 year experience in sales and customer service (fitness, wellness, hospitality, or membership-based businesses required)
- Minimum of 2 years managing a team to deliver on results.
- Proven ability to follow a sales process and close value-driven memberships
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Google tools (Sheets, Docs) and Canva
- Highly organized, detail-oriented
- Confident, goal-oriented, and motivated by hitting KPIs and delivering results
- Passionate about fitness, wellness, and helping others improve their lives
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
