What are the responsibilities and job description for the ABA Therapist/RBT position at Strong Foundations - CT?
Seeking enthusiastic, compassionate, and motivated applicants to join the Strong Foundations team! This position includes providing direct 1-on-1 ABA services to children and adolescents with autism and related disabilities. Individuals with the RBT credential are preferred, but the credential is not necessary to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Implementing Behavior Intervention Plans and Strategies (BIP)
- Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and student programming
- Maintaining daily data collection (electronically)
- Provide student support throughout their session schedule
- Supporting/teaching daily living skills (i.e., toilet training, eating)
- Maintain consistent communication with the supervisor
- Maintain professional interactions with parents, students, and colleagues
- Remain punctual and reliable for all scheduled ABA sessions

- Must be able to lift 30 pounds
- Familiar with maintaining client confidentiality and the requirements under HIPAA
- Familiar with supporting students who utilize Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)
- Familiar with the BACB’s Registered Behavior Technician (RBT®) Task List
- Familiar with the BACB’s Registered Behavior Technician (RBT®) Ethics Code
- High School Degree (Required)
