We are looking for an experienced adult fitness coach to utilize their professional skills to coach and take Strong’s fitness program to the next level. This individual has prominent expertise in the field of fitness and has extensive experience coaching small to large group classes. This fitness professional also desires to be a part of a company that deeply cares about their customers and strives to be the best at what

Basic expectations:
- Represent Strong Mission Statement at all times: Care, Educate, Inspire
- Knowledgeable on all of Strong membership offerings and able to answer any questions from potential new members and members
- Understand membership offers and be able to assist with enrollment of new members as needed and answer questions from current members
- Create a personal connection with each member, strive to know each member by name
- Familiar with Strong website and how to use, such as posting WOD scores, viewing profile, class schedule, all front and back end functionalities that may pertain to member questions and any tasks needed complete assigned duties
- Manage job responsibilities listed or assigned in the future
- Greet every member, potential new member, drop-in and visitors with a smile and genuine care
- Professional, Courteous, Enthusiastic attitude at all times
Coaching Responsibilities:
- Full Time/ Part Time
- Flexible Schedule
- Gym maintenance duties
- Attend coach’s meeting, (in-person, video chat and/or call)
- Attend Coaching Development sessions
- Support all major Strong Events as needed
- Continuing Education and Certification
Requirements
- 1-3 Years experience in coaching adult fitness classes, bootcamp and/or training youth athletes
- Passion for teaching and helping others achieve their goals
- Upbeat personality with the ability to connect with members
- Desire to professionally grow as a coach
- Optional - Currently holds or is pursuing CSCS and/ or another fitness certification

Part Time: Based on Experience:
- $25.00 - $35.00 per class
