Junior Financial Advisor
Strong Financial & Insurance Services | Davis, CA
Strong Financial & Insurance Services is growing and looking for a Junior Financial Advisor to join our team in Davis, CA for a part time role (20 hours/week). This is a great opportunity for a securities-licensed professional who wants to grow in the financial services industry.
This role is ideal for someone who may not have a large client base yet but is eager to learn, willing to support existing client relationships, and excited to grow within an established financial services practice.
What You’ll Do
- Supporting existing client relationships
- Completing investment proposals and planning-related prep work
- Assisting with RightBridge or other planning and analysis tools
- Supporting CRIA review preparation and follow-up
- Responding to client emails and service requests in a timely, professional manner
- Participating in team meetings, training, and advisor development opportunities
- Gradually building and developing your own client relationships over time
What We’re Looking For
- Active securities licenses or willing to study for and acquire securities licensing
- Financial services, wealth management, insurance, banking, or client service experience
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- A high comfort level with learning and utilizing office technology systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A professional, client-first approach
- Willingness to support administrative and client service work while building advisory experience
- Ability to work from the Davis, CA office
- Interest in long-term growth as a Financial Advisor
Location & Hours
This role is based in person, in Davis, CA.
Monday through Thursday 9am to 2pm (20 hours/week) during training. More hours can be negotiated after the training period.
Compensation
$30.00/hr
