The Financial Planning Paraplanner will be responsible for providing research and analysis to support the financial planning process for our clients. This will include data gathering, financial analysis, and the preparation of client presentations, as well as ensuring that client portfolios are properly implemented and managed. They will primarily work independently, with weekly team collaboration meetings, and be highly organized while maintaining strict attention to detail.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- MS Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook). The ability to learn new software or apps quickly.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Extensive attention to detail and the ability to interpret and execute policies and procedures is required.
- Must also possess the ability to multi-task and change directions frequently during a day while, at the same time, completing all open tasks.
- Professionalism and excellent customer service and phone skills a must.
- Must be a career-oriented individual who has the desire to continue education and sharpen and adopt new skills and training.
- Must have the ability to act with professionalism and confidentiality.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
- Series 6 Securities License (Series 7 Preferred) in good standing, or the willingness to pursue and obtain
- CA Life/Health Insurance License in good standing, or the willingness to pursue and obtain
- Notary Public license to be obtained upon hire if not already held
