Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Meet with new and existing clients to assess their personal insurance needs.
Product Recommendations: Present appropriate insurance products, including home, auto, renters, and other personal lines coverages.
Sales and Policy Management: Generate new business by proactively seeking out potential clients and maintaining ongoing relationships with existing clients.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries, policy changes, and claims assistance.
Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional insurance products that meet the client’s needs.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Networking: Develop and maintain a network of contacts in the community to drive new business.

- License: WA state insurance license required
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in personal lines insurance required.

- Technology: Proficiency in insurance management software and basic Microsoft Office applications.
