We're a team that's shaking things up in real estate, and we pride ourselves on innovative marketing that actually moves the needle. We're looking for a Marketing Creative Curator who's equal parts creative visionary and hands-on executor. Someone who thinks big, moves fast, and isn't afraid to try something no one in the industry has done before.

What You'll Do
Social Media & Content Strategy
- Own and execute the full content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Schedule, plan, shoot, and edit high-quality social media video content (Reels, stories, posts) tailored to target audiences.
- Monitor performance, stay ahead of trends and algorithm shifts, and adapt content quickly to maximize engagement.
- Track and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to inform lead generation strategies.
Website Management & SEO
- Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring content is fresh, accurate, and reflects the brand's identity and listings.
- Implement and refine the SEO strategy to maximize visibility for real estate searches in the local area.
Design & Brand
- Design high-quality graphics, templates, and branded assets for agents and the brokerage using Canva at an advanced level.
- Maintain and enforce strong brand consistency across all touchpoints with a sharp eye for design and detail.
- Build and evolve the brand kit and lead rebrand initiatives from concept to execution.
Written Content & Communications
- Write all compelling and intentional copy for the brokerage, including social media captions, email campaigns (using Mailchimp), website content, and marketing materials.
- Produce property marketing content, unique property descriptions, and monthly/quarterly local market reports.
Events & Experiential Marketing
- Plan and execute unique, on-brand events, including elevated open houses, community event booths, and giving-back initiatives.
- Develop strategic community engagement and co-marketing partnerships with local businesses and organizations.
Paid Advertising & Outreach
- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta and other platforms, adhering to Fair Housing advertising restrictions.
- Proactively reach out to local media outlets to increase brand visibility and secure features.
- Track lead conversion across all channels to optimize marketing spend and systems.
Production & Coordination
- Serve as the backend producer for company photo and video shoots, including creating shot lists, writing scripts, and coordinating all logistics with agents and vendors.
Training & Agent Support
- Confidently lead marketing and social media workshops and offer one-on-one personal branding sessions for agents.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all agent marketing requests.
Recruitment & Culture Marketing
- Create recruiting-focused content (agent day-in-the-life, culture videos) to attract top talent and produce internal content to maintain high team morale.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
