Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager for a full-time on-site position in Seattle, WA. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, developing strategic plans, and meeting revenue targets. Key responsibilities include creating sales strategies, identifying new leads, conducting client meetings, negotiating contracts, and managing a team to ensure excellent customer service and long-term partnerships. This individual will also play a pivotal role in supporting community growth and engagement with members.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, with proven success in achieving or exceeding targets
- Experience in business development and developing strategic sales plans
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Team leadership and management experience
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, community-focused environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience in real estate, coworking, or professional services is a plus
