What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outpatient PT (Physical Therapist) position at Strive Rehab?
We’ve been part of this community for over 40 years, and at Strive Rehab we still believe that the best care starts with supporting the people who provide it. Strive was founded by physical therapists, and that perspective shapes everything we do—from how we care for our patients to how we show up for our team. We know that when therapists feel valued, supported, and connected, patients feel the difference. That’s the kind of community we’re proud to build every day.
In our outpatient clinics, Physical Therapists support patients as they continue their recovery from injury, surgery, or a hospital stay. It’s a setting where clinical skill and personal connection come together, giving you the chance to guide progress and celebrate milestones. You’ll have the structure, support, and flexibility to focus on doing what you do best—helping people move forward.
If any of this resonates with you or you would like to explore PT opportunities in one of our settings, we would love to hear from you!
