Overview
Strive Point Marketing Inc. is looking for motivated and personable individuals to join our growing team as Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associates.
This is a full-time, on-site position focused on customer engagement, sales, and client representation at partnered retail locations. Sales & Marketing Associates work directly with customers to introduce products and services, answer questions, and provide a positive customer experience.
No previous sales or marketing experience is required. Paid training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a retail environment
- Represent client products and services
- Provide information about products, services, and promotions
- Answer customer questions and identify customer needs
- Assist customers throughout the sales process
- Work toward individual and team goals
- Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings

Compensation & Training
This is a W-2 position with guaranteed base pay. The position also offers opportunities for commission and performance-based compensation. Actual earnings may vary based on qualifications and individual performance.
