Job Description: Position Type: Full-Time Shift: 11:00am - 7:00pm Location: Tampa, FL (onsite 5 days per week) Position Overview: The People Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in managing various human resource functions within the Strive Pharmacy organization. We are actively seeking someone to be the People Operations Specialist for our Tampa location. Responsibilities will include onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, HRIS maintenance, policy enforcement and ensuring legal compliance. This position will serve as a bridge between employees and management, fostering a positive work environment and supporting the overall HR strategy of Strive Pharmacy. Key Responsibilities: Manage onboarding process Partner with current Sr. HRBP Ad-hoc reporting as needed Assist in managing human resources processes & procedures Supports local managers and Strive leadership in all aspects of HR Performs other duties as assigned to ensure continued efficient operations of Strive to meet ever-evolving business needs Represents Strive with professionalism and the Strive values Qualifications: ● 3 years People Operations experience required ● Bachelor's Degree required ● PHR Certification preferred ● HRIS Implementation experience (Workday preferred) required Bonus Qualifications: Proficiency in data management, reporting, and analytics. Demonstrated expertise in human resource practices, regulations, and industry standards. Familiarity with Paylocity and Google Workspace. Proven experience in an People Operations Specialist role, encompassing recruitment, compensation, and onboarding. Strong track record of effective communication, both written and verbal. Aptitude in planning and prioritizing tasks effectively. Proven ability to excel in a dynamic environment characterized by rapidly changing priorities, sensitive/confidential information, and demanding deadlines.
