Role Description
We are seeking Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs) to provide in-person and/or virtual
psychotherapy services to adults, teens, and couples.
This is a part-time, W-2 employee position with a minimum of 12 clinical hours per week.
Supervision toward independent license (LCSW) is provided.
Note: EMDR Intensives and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) are NOT current
responsibilities for this role. These services are facilitated by the practice owner. Future training
opportunities may be available for interested clinicians.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy (50–60 min sessions)
- Maintain compliant documentation, progress notes, and treatment plans
- Participate in weekly/bi-weekly clinical supervision
- Coordinate care with internal team, community partners, and referral sources
- Maintain strong clinical boundaries and uphold client confidentiality
- Engage in practice culture: consultation, collaboration, and compassionate
communication
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Active Arizona LMSW license
- Experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, or relational challenges
- Knowledge of trauma-informed and strengths-based principles
- Strong interpersonal, written, and clinical documentation skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Comfort with electronic health records (EHR)
