With a focus on Private Duty Nursing, Strive employs Registered Nurses and Licensed Vocational Nurses to work one on one with patients of all ages and medical needs. QUALIFICATIONS
- Licensed in the state of Texas or qualifying Compact state as a Registered Nurse
- Registered Nurse must have reliable transportation; must be able to reliably commute.
- Registered Nurse with experience preferred but not required- tube feedings, Trach care, Ventilator management. Hands on training provided for complex diagnosis and equipment management.
- Previous Private Duty Nursing, NICU, PICU experience with exposure to complex, Tracheostomy or Ventilator patients is a plus.
- Registered Nurse must successfully pass state required background screening.
- Registered Nurse must successfully pass drug screening.
- Registered Nurse must have effective communication skills.
- Demonstrates commitment to professional growth.
SALARY
- $35-40 per hour
- The ideal nurse is skilled with g-button care, trach and ventilator management.
- Pay rates negotiated based on patient assignment.
