Job Description

We are seeking a polished and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for students, visitors, and staff. This role is essential in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring smooth daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and confident in handling a variety of front office responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, students, and faculty in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming calls and emails efficiently
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain organized calendars
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry
• Support administrative staff with clerical tasks as needed
• Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable
