Job Summary
As the Customer Service Sales Specialist, you’ll be the face of our client's brand—interacting directly with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. This is a people-first role that requires strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and stay up to date on offerings
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Follow up and maintain customer relationships
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
Qualifications
- Proven experience in face-to-face sales, retail, or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus)
