What Will I Be Doing as an entry-level Customer Solutions Specialist?
- Proactively engage with local businesses through direct outreach to address inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver comprehensive product education for AT&T business services.
- Perform detailed needs analyses to identify opportunities for account growth through service upgrades or new product implementations.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of AT&T's business portfolio, including fiber internet, voice solutions, and mobility services, to clearly articulate features and benefits.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business client communications, ensuring prompt and professional resolution of all inquiries.
- Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and account details in the company's designated CRM platform.

What Do I Need to Bring to the Table as an entry-level Customer Solutions Specialist?
