Production Worker

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and fabrication of products, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the production process. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Duties

• Assemble and fabricate components according to specifications and production schedules.
• Operate various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Work on an assembly line, ensuring that all products meet quality standards before moving to the next stage of production.
• Utilize forklift equipment for material handling as needed (certification preferred but not required).
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and resolve any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any mechanical issues to supervisors.

Experience

• Previous experience in a factory or warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with assembly line processes is advantageous.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively is essential.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues are necessary for success in this role.
