What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Associate position at STRIV?
About Striv
Striv is building smart insoles that help people better understand how they move.
We believe movement data should not live only in labs or elite training environments. It should be useful, understandable, and available to everyday athletes who want to train with greater awareness and stay active for the long term.
We are a small, ambitious team working across hardware, software, AI, biomechanics, and human performance. As we prepare for launch and grow our community of early users, we are looking for someone who cares deeply about creating a thoughtful, reliable experience for every person who interacts with Striv.

The work is varied, practical, and highly collaborative. At its core, this role is about taking care of the details, taking ownership, and making sure people feel supported.
You will help the team stay organized, responsive, and focused while ensuring that our customers, athletes, and partners have a strong experience with Striv from the very beginning.
