This role works in a team environment and requires a blend of reasoning and problem-solving skills with general office and customer service intuition. Dependability and a good work ethic are a must. Responsibilities
- Manage daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely and efficient dump/load outs.
- Management of equipment and personnel daily job placements.
- Communicate effectively with personnel, drivers, and customers, providing updates and resolving issues.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment, movement, dumping's, data entry, and documentation.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple phone lines.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
