As our demolition division continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced Demolition Superintendent to oversee field operations across multiple active job sites and ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.This is a senior field leadership role for a hands-on professional who can manage crews, coordinate with project teams, and take full ownership of day-to-day demolition operations. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all field operations for multiple demolition projects simultaneouslySupervise foremen and field crews, setting clear expectations for safety, productivity, and qualityEnforce all OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and site-specific safety plansCoordinate daily activities with Project Managers, estimators, inspectors, and subcontractorsPlan and sequence demolition activities to maintain schedules and budgetsConduct site walks, safety meetings, and toolbox talksEnsure proper use, care, and maintenance of heavy equipment and toolsReview project plans, specifications, and scopes to ensure accurate executionTroubleshoot field issues and proactively resolve challengesMaintain clear communication with clients, inspectors, and internal leadershipProvide mentorship, training, and performance feedback to field leadership Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 710 years of demolition experience, with at least 35 years in a Superintendent or senior supervisory roleStrong knowledge of demolition methods, sequencing, and safety protocolsProven experience managing multiple crews and job sitesAbility to read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedulesStrong leadership, communication, and decision-making skillsOSHA 30 certification (required or ability to obtain)Valid drivers license and reliable transportationExperience working in active urban environments preferredAbility to work flexible hours, including early mornings and occasional weekends as required What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceWeekly payCompany vehicle or vehicle allowance (role dependent)Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision)401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysLong-term stability with a growing, family-owned companyOpportunity to play a key leadership role in a growing demolition division
