Strittmatter Wealth Management Group (SWMG) is a boutique Registered Investment Advisor serving high-net-worth individuals, and business owners. We have been in business since 2007 and specialize in retirement planning, investment management and business planning.
Location: Fort Worth, TX (In-Person)
Compensation: $95,000 - $105,000 Base Salary Bonuses annually

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
What You'll Do
- Service our existing client-base
- Conduct financial planning and investment review meetings
- Collaborate with senior advisors to deliver comprehensive planning solutions
- Develop financial plans and customized recommendations using financial planning software
- Present planning strategies and investment recommendations to clients
- Conduct case specific research
- Coordinate trading activities and client service tasks
- Maintain compliance and documentation standards
- Support client education initiatives, seminars, webinars, and marketing efforts
What We're Looking For
- 8 to 10 years of client-facing financial planning or overall wealth management experience
- Should have strong financial planning skills
- CFP® designation preferred
- Series 65 required if CFP® designation is not held
- Life & Health Insurance License required
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, investments, retirement planning, insurance, and wealth management strategies
- Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and engaging manner
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to fiduciary standards and putting clients first
