- Supervise kitchen staff during assigned shifts
- Ensure food preparation and presentation meet quality and safety standards
- Assist with inventory monitoring and ingredient restocking
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and prep areas
- Help train new staff and provide guidance during shifts
- 1 years of kitchen or food service experience; leadership preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
