Position Summary
Food Bar Staff Members prepare, stock, and serve fresh, made-from-scratch items at the food bar in a fast-paced environment. This role requires attention to quality, excellent customer service, and food safety while helping deliver a welcoming, country-style dining experience.

Pay Range
The pay range for this position begins at $12.00 per hour and varies based on the experience of the applicant.

- Prepare, portion, and stock food bar items according to recipes and company standards
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the food bar and prep areas
- Monitor food temperatures and freshness to ensure safety and quality
- Assist with plating, packaging, and serving food for to-go customers
- Provide friendly, helpful customer service at the food bar counter
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Work as part of a team to ensure timely, high-quality service
- Prior food service or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
- Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
- Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
