Responsibilities

- Manage inventory control and procurement to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing waste
- Coordinate with catering and banquet departments to deliver seamless event catering services
- Enforce strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen activities
- Supervise shift operations, including scheduling, training, and performance management of team members

Skills
