Striking Distance Studios is looking for a Senior Producer who owns delivery and drives results. This role is focused on bringing features to life from concept through launch, working across all disciplines including design, engineering, art, and audio.
You are highly organized, communicate with clarity, and thrive in complex environments. You are comfortable stepping in wherever needed to keep work moving forward and ensure teams stay aligned and productive.

Striking Distance Studios is looking for a Senior Producer who owns delivery and drives results. This role is focused on bringing features to life from concept through launch, working across all disciplines including design, engineering, art, and audio.
You are highly organized, communicate with clarity, and thrive in complex environments. You are comfortable stepping in wherever needed to keep work moving forward and ensure teams stay aligned and productive.
Responsibilities
- Execute against priorities set by the Lead Producer and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Drive execution of features end-to-end, from concept through implementation and release, across design, engineering, art, and audio
- Define scope, build plans, and manage dependencies across teams
- Identify risks early, remove blockers, and keep teams moving forward
- Communicate clearly on progress, risks, and outcomes
- Advocate for the player experience and ensure issues are resolved
- Improve team processes to increase efficiency and delivery quality
- Proven experience delivering features or projects end-to-end in games or complex software
- Strong understanding of the game or software development lifecycle
- Demonstrated ability to drive results across multiple disciplines
- Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and turn it into clear execution
- Jira/Confluence, MS office/G Suite savvy.
- 5 plus years of production experience in games
