What You’ll Actually Be Doing
- Building relationships that don’t end with a sale, this is long-game stuff
- Working with miners, contractors, and quarry operators to solve real-world crushing challenges
- Walking sites, understanding flow, feed, and fit, then recommending the right Striker setup
- Backing your customers through installs, tweaks, and tough runs
- Feeding insights straight from the field into our design and manufacturing team
- Owning your sales pipeline, and delivering real value along the way
- Can communicate with everyone from the plant operator to the GM
- Isn’t afraid to get on site, boots on the ground, dust in the teeth
- Is curious, driven, and backs their word with action
- Wants to work with a local team
