Entry Level Manager Role Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor team members in sales execution and customer engagement
- Guide customers through telecom services, including setup, features, and upgrades
- Deliver top-tier customer service by resolving inquiries and promoting loyalty
- Track sales goals, monitor performance, and identify service opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve retention and satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service and accurate customer support
- Represent the company professionally and increase sales visibility while attracting new customers
- Collect customer feedback to improve processes and elevate overall experience
- Maintain organized reports of sales, customer data, and progress metrics

Entry Level Manager Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer or sales role is a plus (retail, service, outreach, or similar).
