Lead the Bar Team – Event Bartender Supervisor Wanted
Join our events team as a Lead Event Bartender Supervisor and help ensure every event runs smoothly from start to finish. In this role, you’ll lead the bar team, oversee operations, and deliver high-quality service that enhances every guest experience.
We’re looking for experienced bartenders with strong leadership skills who are confident managing teams, solving problems, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise bar staff during events
Delegate tasks and ensure smooth, efficient service
Oversee bar setup, service, and breakdown
Maintain consistency in drink quality and presentation
Manage POS transactions and cash handling
Monitor and verify inventory before and after events
Serve as point of contact for staff, vendors, and clients when needed
Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
Ensure proper closing procedures, cleanup, and facility security
What We’re Looking For:
Previous bartending experience required (events/high-volume preferred)
Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beer
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead a team and stay organized under pressure
Must be 21 with required alcohol certifications
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
