Key Qualifications
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in-house at a high-growth or mission-driven company
- Proven ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders across teams and priorities
- Strong sourcing skills, with a track record of engaging passive talent for corporate roles (e.g., operations, legal, HR, finance, marketing)
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in every stage of the recruiting process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-changing, often ambiguous environment
- Experience hiring for corporate functions in growth-stage or globally oriented companies
- Familiarity with employer brand-building strategies and recruitment marketing
- Awareness of compliance considerations in hiring for sensitive or regulated functions
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of corporate roles, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Partner with department leaders to scope new roles, define success profiles, and design effective sourcing strategies
- Source and engage talent using multiple channels (e.g., job boards, referrals, outreach, events)
- Maintain accurate and clean data in the ATS; support hiring metrics and reporting
- Champion hiring practices and support continuous improvement in interview and selection processes
- Collaborate with People Operations and cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition from offer to onboarding
- Contribute to Strider’s talent brand through content, events, campaigns, and candidate-facing experiences
- Stay informed on industry hiring trends, tools, and best practices to enhance talent acquisition efforts
