The Data Visualization and Reporting Manager is responsible for providing relevant and meaningful data and reporting to all interested stakeholders; coordinating, submitting, and maintaining accuracy and reliability of data-related reports. The Reporting Manager will monitor databases for accuracy and data integrity; manage and manipulate large amounts of data to generate charts, graphs, or reports accessible to staff and members of Stride Enrollment Operations.

Compensation & Benefits:
We anticipate this position will pay between $51,122 and $104,803. The upper end of this range is not likely to be offered, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.

- Develop reporting and data modeling/visualizations that are user-friendly, actionable charts, graphs, and reports for both operations management and executive readouts.
- Create and maintain reports refreshed daily to be used by operations teams
- Monitor data integrity and work with data owners to ensure accuracy of reports that are providing actionable insight to operations staff
- Define and maintain enrollment and customer care operations reporting playbook and process documentation
- Create real-time and ad hoc reports as needed.
- Work with IT/Operations team to develop new fields needed to track outcomes when needed for appropriate A/B testing measurement.
- Validate source data being utilized in financial, staffing, and operations workflows.
- Regularly audit data in system of record to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Stay up to date on any and all essential data fields and CRM's (i.e. Salesforce) used by operations staff and see how they can be leveraged to improve processes
- Challenge status quo and implement creative ideas
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other stakeholders throughout Stride (i.e. marketing, IT, finance, etc.) to align on current state/volumes, next steps actions, and outcomes.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years of management experience, hands-on call center experience OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience

OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Microsoft Office (SQL server, PowerPoint, Microsoft Access, Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Proficient knowledge of Salesforce, TotalView and Calabrio.
- Experience in strategic planning and implementation processes.
- Effective verbal and written communications skills
- Strong positive attitude and work ethic
- A strong, communicative online presence and facilitation experience is required to manage distance based working relationships.
