A highly respected global law firm with a strong presence in Miami is hiring a Business Manager to support the Office Managing Partner and local leadership team in delivering strategic initiatives that drive growth and raise the firm’s profile across the South Florida market.
This is a broad, high-impact role combining marketing, communications, business development, and office initiatives, with real visibility and influence. You’ll partner closely with lawyers and leadership to build strong client relationships, shape integrated campaigns, and produce high-quality content that supports the firm’s market position.

Key responsibilities include
- Partnering with leadership and lawyers to deliver client relationship and business development initiatives
- Supporting BD targeting, including identifying cross-selling and collaboration opportunities
- Drafting and refining high-quality marketing and communications materials, including client alerts, newsletters, presentations, speeches, articles and internal/external publications
- Designing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns to raise profile and generate opportunities with key target audiences
- Researching and tracking emerging market trends, legal and business publications, and relevant conferences
- Managing office initiatives such as client development events, sponsorships and recruiting-related programming
- (event experience is welcomed, but not essential, training can be provided)
Candidate profile
- Strong writing and editing skills (English) with the ability to produce polished, professional materials
- Proven experience in marketing and/or business development, ideally within professional services
- (large law firm experience preferred but not required)
- Commercial mindset with confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Strong organisational and project management skills able to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s degree required (marketing/communications/business preferred); J.D. desirable
- Spanish is a plus, but not required
Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
