We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Catering Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage services for various events, ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. This role requires a combination of safe driving skills, logistical planning, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Set up catering stations at event locations, ensuring all food and beverages are presented attractively.
- Deliver catered food to various locations, maintaining quality and presentation during transport.
- Operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks, while adhering to safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management in the warehouse, including heavy lifting and moving of supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with event coordinators to ensure all catering needs are met effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, company vehicles and storage areas.
Experience
- Previous experience in catering or food service is preferred.
- Familiarity with commercial driving practices is a plus, especially route driving experience.
- Experience working with different people at high speeds
- Experience in heavy lifting and moving items efficiently is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in food preparation and service.
