Hiring: Marine Technician (Outboard & Sterndrive Specialist)
We’re looking for a dependable, experienced Marine Technician to handle a wide range of service and repair work on outboard and sterndrive motors.
What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose engine performance and running issues
- Perform repairs, routine maintenance, and full services
- Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer standards
- Install marine electronics and accessories
- Keep accurate records and complete all required paperwork
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of marine technician experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and electrical skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Requirements:
- Must have your own tools
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain quality work
