Store Manager

Responsibilities

The Store Manager will be responsible for leading daily operations, developing team members, and ensuring every customer receives a high-quality service experience.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead, coach, and develop team members daily

Create a positive, professional, and growth-focused work environment

Ensure excellent customer service on every vehicle, every time

Drive store performance through accountability and consistent execution

Maintain proper floor control and operational standards

Hire, train, and retain quality team members

Monitor sales, labor, customer satisfaction, and key performance metrics

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and brand standards throughout the shop

Build a culture of teamwork, urgency, accountability, and continuous improvement

Ensure all company processes, safety standards, and service procedures are followed

Preferred qualifications:

Previous management or leadership experience

Automotive or quick-service experience is a plus, but not required
