We’re seeking a General Manager to take charge of operations and drive success. In this role, you’ll inspire and develop a team to deliver outstanding results while creating memorable experiences for our guests.
What You’ll Do:
- Build a Winning Team: Attract, recruit, train, and develop attendants, key holders, and an assistant general manager to foster a positive, team-oriented culture.
- Lead with Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, labor costs, chemical inventory, equipment maintenance, and overall business performance.
- Drive Business Growth: Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance guest satisfaction, and boost sales.
- Ensure Safety and Compliance: Uphold company policies and legal requirements, and train staff on safety procedures to ensure a secure and efficient work environment.
- Handle Administrative Duties: Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions, terminations, and life cycle recruiting, while ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
What You’ll Bring:
- Leadership Experience: 4 years in a leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: The ability to connect with team members and guests, fostering a welcoming and collaborative atmosphere.
- Business Acumen: A strategic mindset to effectively manage operations and identify growth opportunities.
- Adaptability: Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions and flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds.
- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required.
