Our Accelerate Program is a fast-track career development experience for proven operators who are ready to lead multiple locations and drive results at scale.
This is your opportunity to step into a structured, immersive leadership development program that prepares you for an Area Manager role in as little as 6–12 months. You'll start as a Shop Manager, mastering our operations and culture, then level up with mentorship, multi-unit exposure, and real-time coaching from senior field leaders.
Compensation:
- $55K base salary during the program monthly shop performance bonus
- Up to $75K base monthly area performance bonuses upon promotion
What You’ll Do – Shop Manager Phase (Months 1-6)
In your first phase, you’ll lead one of our shops and build the foundation for multi-unit success:
- Mentor assigned from day 1. Clear benchmarks for performance expectations set.
- Lead daily operations, drive results, and deliver exceptional guest experience
- Hire, coach, and develop your team
- Manage inventory, cash handling, scheduling, and shop cleanliness brand standards
- Partner with your Area Manager to set goals and execute business plans
- Build a winning culture and high-performance team
- Once stabilized – branch out from your location to influence operations at multiple locations in your market

What Comes Next – Area Manager Role Training & Placement (Month 6 )
After successfully running a single location and spanning your influence across multiple units, you’ll join our 8-week Area Manager training program and focus on training your replacement.
Once promoted, you’ll lead 6–10 shops and coach a team of Shop Managers. Your focus will shift from running a single operation to scaling success across a market:
- People Leadership: Grow talent, set clear expectations, recognize wins, and hold teams accountable
- Operational Excellence: Ensure every location delivers the Strickland Brothers experience with speed, quality, and consistency
- Data-Driven Results: Use tools like Power BI to coach on KPIs, optimize car count, and problem-solve performance gaps
- System Execution: Lead compliance, cash controls, inventory, recruiting, and training across your market
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years in a leadership role (retail, restaurant, automotive, or similar)
- Direct customer service experience and strong people leadership
- Operational mindset and a bias for action
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and performance tools
- Willingness to travel between shop locations and relocate long-term
