We are seeking a skilled Production Welder to join our team at Strick Trailers, LLC. In this role, you will be instrumental in fabricating high-quality trailers that meet our customers' needs. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of providing durable and cost-effective solutions in the trailer manufacturing industry.
**Responsibilities**
Proven experience as a welder in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to operate hand and power tools effectively.
Familiarity with assembly line processes is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as blueprints and schematics.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Be at least 18 years of age
Be able to perform frequent lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Must successfully complete prior required testing based on job skill applying for
Must successfully complete a physical evaluation, drug screen and background check prior to beginning work. *

- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with safety standards.

- We are on a 4-day work week, Monday through Thursday 6:00AM -4:30PM
- **WALK IN between 7am and 2pm Monday through Thursday to fill out an application/do testing.**
- **Allow 2-3 hours for the entire process.'**

We Offer
- Minimum starting wage of $19.90/hr.
- Increases in wage to $20.90 at 6 months and to $22.40 at 12 months.
