Stribling Equipment, LLC is one of the largest John Deere dealerships in Mississippi, West Tennessee, and Arkansas, specializing in the sale of new and used construction, compaction, forestry, and concrete equipment. In addition to sales, we offer parts and service, rental equipment, and training services. Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Heavy Equipment Shop Service Technician to join our dealership team.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Recondition and repair equipment and components
• Maintain good working records for time, parts, supplies, and outside purchases
• Maintain and care for equipment and vehicles
• Perform diagnostic inspections as directed

Qualifications

• At least one year of diesel technology education and/or experience repairing and maintaining heavy equipment is required
• John Deere experience is a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent; experience may be considered in lieu of education
• Valid Driver's License with clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Basic understanding of computers and software such as Microsoft Office Suite and other web-based applications
• Must supply own tools
