Due to our continued expansion, we are looking for a Help Desk Technician to join our team.
As a Help Desk Technician, you will be the first point of contact for our employees experiencing technical issues. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting hardware and software problems
- Providing timely and accurate customer feedback
- Logging all help desk interactions
- Installing, modifying, and repairing computer hardware and software
Following up with employees to ensure issue resolution
Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented and patient
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a computer-related field preferred
