Best Case, the software group within Stretto, is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive revenue by engaging our existing customer base and introducing them to new products. This key role focuses on working inbound and warm leads to sell them on the value of the Company’s portfolio of products.”; there will be some outbound calling.
As an SDR, you’ll connect with interested customers through phone, email, live chat, and social media to build trust and guide them toward the right solutions. You will be at the front line of our customer engagement strategy—building relationships, driving product adoption, and supporting pipeline growth.
Success in this fully remote role requires proactivity, adaptability, and a goal-oriented mindset.
This is a fully remote sales permission. Compensation includes base salary plus commission. The OTE for the position is $80,000 to $100,000.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Become an expert in Best Case software and solutions, value propositions, and customer use cases.
2. Create a strong first impression and build rapport with customers and prospects.
3. Engage existing customers and warm leads to promote new offerings and drive adoption.
4. Build genuine relationships through authentic, personalized outreach.
5. Connect with prospects across multiple channels: phone, email, chat, and social media.
6. Respond quickly to inbound leads while executing a focused outbound prospecting strategy.
7. Tailor messaging based on role and customer needs.
8. Maintain timely, accurate in Salesforce.com and follow all established client and prospect engagement processes.
9. Consistently meet or exceed quarterly performance targets.
10. Attend trade shows, as determined by management.

Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in software sales (SDR/BDR or equivalent).
- Proven ability to success work in a remote environment with strong time management skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing strategies and tools.
- Confident making daily outbound calls and engaging with prospective customers across channels.
- Analytical thinker – able to assess lead quality and prioritize activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals or quotas.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or other relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Passion for building a career in technology sales.
- Experience in the legal industry particularly consumer bankruptcy.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com
- Base salary: $40,000 - $50,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE) $80,000 - $100,000
