Position Summary
StretchMan LLC is hiring a Stretch Therapist to deliver high-quality individualized assisted stretching sessions focused on improving mobility, supporting recovery, and enhancing overall movement quality. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 1-on-1 assisted stretching sessions individualized to each client's goals and movement needs
- Complete brief mobility and flexibility check-ins to inform session planning and progression
- Provide client education on mobility principles, recovery strategies, and simple carryover routines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio space within Ocean State Pickleball
- Support client experience standards through clear communication, consistency, and professionalism
- Assist with basic studio operations as needed (scheduling flow, client communication, session notes)

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a closely related field (Kinesiology, Health Sciences, Athletic Training, Strength & Conditioning, or similar)
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working 1-on-1 in a service-based setting
- Commitment to professionalism, reliability, and high-quality client experience
- Willingness to complete the Stretch*Center Stretching Certification (required for the role)
- Willingness to complete education sessions with the owner during onboarding to learn StretchMan LLC methods, session flow, coaching language, and safety standards
- Availability aligned with hiring timeline: position opens April 2026 with a strict start in May 2026
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- Experience in assisted stretching, personal training, coaching, massage therapy, yoga, mobility work, or related client-facing movement roles
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
