What You’ll Do
As a Wellness Advisor/Sales Associate, you are the front-line face and the voice of the studio. From the first phone call to the first stretch, you’ll own the experience and drive results by turning interest into membership commitment. Part-time options available for consideration.

Sales & Membership Growth
- Make 50 daily outbound calls to connect with new leads and re-engage past prospects
- Deliver high-energy studio tours and intro sessions that educate and excite
- Close membership and stretch package sales with confidence, focusing on long-term client outcomes—not just price
- Address common objections with empathy and knowledge, positioning StretchLab as a must-have wellness solution
- Upsell retail products and enhanced services that complement client recovery and performance goals
Client Experience & Studio Operations
- Provide a consistently warm, polished, and personal experience for every guest
- Juggle check-ins, phone calls, scheduling, and service recovery with ease
- Collaborate with Flexologists and the manager to ensure smooth studio flow
- Keep the front desk and lobby organized, clean, and always guest-ready
- Use tools like ClubReady or similar CRM to log follow-ups, update lead notes, and manage your sales pipeline
Marketing & Community Outreach
- Support local events, wellness fairs, and open houses to drive foot traffic and brand awareness
- Contribute to social media and studio marketing campaigns to attract and convert leads
- Be a visible brand ambassador in the community—turning every interaction into an opportunity
Who You Are
- You have fitness or wellness sales experience (gym, studio, spa, medspa, chiropractic, personal training, etc.)
- You have strong communication skills—confident, friendly, and persuasive and bring emotional intelligence and authenticity to every conversation
- You're highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- You’re not afraid of a phone—outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead conversion are your jam
- You’re a confident closer who genuinely believes in the services you’re selling
- You’re organized, tech-savvy, with a keen eye for detail
- Goal-driven and reliable, especially when it comes to using CRM tools and hitting KPIs
- You thrive in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment where your impact is seen and celebrated
- You have flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
